About Party Central
Party Central is a brand new dance fitness class, started in March 2022. Our Founder Kelly has lost over 7 stone, and wants nothing more than to help others work towards their own goals! Our class members are called the ‘Crew dem slew dem’ and our motto is ‘Consistent and Persistent’.
We get fit, stay fit and have fun doing it, burning up to and sometimes over 1000 calories an hour. With the hottest tunes and vibes it really is the perfect place to escape the daily grind.
We are a CIMSPA Accredited Training Provider.

We are a CIMSPA accredited dance fitness class designed to get you fit whilst having fun doing it. Its not about being the best dancer it's about passion for fun & fitness. It's about you coming together with a like minded group of people who have found something special.
Our crew dem members have all come together to not only improve their overall health, physically and mentally but to have a great time doing it!
We celebrate every success big or small!
Representing
We are representing everyone on your own personal journey. Class members come to class to get fit, lose weight, tone up, have fun, forget about the daily stresses and for the social aspect.
The classes are always full of laughter and everyone cheering each other on! Day 1 or 100 if you walk through the doors of Party Central you're a member of the crew dem slew dem.
A fantastic group of people from all different backgrounds. Aged between 16 - 65 we have students, mums, NHS workers, hairdressers, teachers, nurses you name it we have it!
